Horns to be blown as arranged previously. 3. The public demonstration to be hold on the day following tbo receipt of the news, and a public holiday to be observed on that day. 4. The demonstration to be held in Pnkekura Park or elsewhere, as arranged. 5. The committee to arrange with the heads of schools for ail the scholars to attend the demonstration. The recommendation was adopted provisionally, the committee being empowered to make any variation deemed necessary.
