By Telegraph.—Press Association Wellington, Last The departure of the Manuka from Wellington for Sydney lias teen postponed until 11 p.m. on Friday next. Intending passengers have teen notiCed that m order to avoid quarantine on arrival in Australia, they must go through the jnhalation chamber at Wellington times, and obtain a certificate from the health officer that they have done so. The process can be gone" through at Dlffi< edit), Lyttelton, or Auckland on this occasion. Wellington passengers must pass through the chamber once each on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Passengers from north and south joining at Wellington must pass through tho cnamter tw>ce on Thursday and once on Friday.
