DEFAULTING RESERVIST ARRESTED.

Ths military police yesterday secured, at Holmes Station, near Timaru, Hope Wliitefield Home, a. reservist who recently figured in court-martial proceedings at Ciiristchurch for refusal to parade Home liad been released on parole, but did not appear when the court-mar-tial resumed on October 25. His bro--1 ther, is gardener at Holmes Station, and the reservist was staying with him, and gave himself up when the military police sought him. Horne rej fused service on the ground of American I citizenship.
