SUBMARINE WARFARE. .. AS RUTHLESS AS EVER. deceived Oct. 29. 8.45 p.m. London, Oct. 28. The Norwegian reports tfcat German submarines were seen going homeward flying the white flag are discredited by the Admiralty, which point* out that submarine warfare is still eoing on, despite the German promise to refrain from sinking passenger ships. It is reported that larger and faster submarines are at sea now seeking the Alliad shipping.—Aus. NX Cable Awoc.
