COLONEL HOUSE IN PARIS. Paris, Oct. 27. Colonel House on his arrival stated that he would participate in all the diplomatic meetings while here. If an Inter-Allied diplomatic council was convened he would represent America. He WaS also shortly going to confer with Marshal Foch.—Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc.
