The Mayoress is superuitending the. whole, so that it can safely bo saul Uus portion of the programme is in capable hands. This is true also of the various refreshment stalls, which will be conducted bv the N.P.H.5.0.G.A., controlled by Miss Andrews. EVENING PROGRAMME. Procession headed l>y 'Citizens' Band, Fire Brigade, Tin Can Rands Masqueradevs with Chinese lanterns. On the the GroumT:: 1. Grand march of Masqueradcrs. 1 Judging of costumes. 3. Dancing on the green. . 4. Items by Citizens' Band. 5. Highland dancing (Mr. Barry in charge). The procession in itself will be well worth seeing and the efl'ect of the Chinese lanterns in the grand march as viewed from the terraces should be something worth going a long way to see.

All that is now required .is a Hue day and a fine night, and the £4OO aimed at should be a sure thing.
