The Blue Cook includes a summary of the discussions not previously published and reeapituates the resolutions cabled in .June and July The principal difference relates to the words of the Ail Red toble resolution which, as cabled on July 20, merely emphasised the need for a reduction of the. telegraphic rates between Britain and the Dominions. The version now published contains the following addendum: ' ]n order to secure the cheapest and most "■'cure telegraphic service it is desirable that Britain, Canada, Australia and New Zealand should co-operate to provide a State-owned the Atlantic."— Aus.-N.Z Cable Assn.
