EXPERIENCE OF SERBIAN PRISONERS.

Ward Pnce says the Serbian prisoners war camp on the outskirts of'Solla presents terrible evidence of the hatred between the Bulgarians and the Serbians Un the main road to Radomir is a WiM'iy compund three acres in extent surrounded bv barbed wire. Tn this are 103,000 (13,000?) .Serbians of all ages, with a few Greeks. .Russians anrt rencli. The latter are lodged in a few wmtewashed huts. The Serbians have lain in the open day and night, winter and summer, for three /ears with no blankets or protection, of any kind. They packed their wretelied bodies together at night like a. herd of annuals. The food was foul black bread daily and the soup was a cauldron of hot wat'.-r with a dozen maize colr. Ten Serbians died during the uiMit 1 was there. The Bulgar* put the bodies on a enrt and an hour later the cart returned with the day's bread ration The Serbians never saw a Bulgarian doctor.
