PUBLIC NOTICES. BOROUGH OF NEW PLYMOUTH. SPECIAL LOAN OP & 10,000. Council of the Borough of New Plymouth hereby gives public notice that it proposes to borrow by way of Special Loan the sum of £ 10,000.
