THE DWINA SITUATION, • TROUBLE WITH SABOTAGE. Received Oct. 25, 11.50 p.m. London, Oct. 24. The situation on the Dwina is satisfactory, but Bolshevik bands are committing acts of sabotage on the Murman way. A number of raihvaymen, in collusion with the Bolsheviks", have given trouble in western Siberia, by holding up a train with British troops. There has been some confused fighting in Transcaspia, the Bolsheviks losing heavily, and also round Dushak, where the Turkomans overwhelmed the Bolshevik reaTguard.-rAus. and N.Z. Cable Assoc.
