ALLEGED IMPERSONATION. ■■ ■ By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Oct- 23. •James Luke Raglan, a member of the Mr. Frazer, S.M-, to-day on three Charges of impersonation at the Wellington Central election, under the name of Walter Ghent, Thomas Jerorason, and another; also on one charge that he applied to vote in one name, having already voted. The evidence disclosed a chance meeting of accused and the Registrar of Electors (Mr. W. E. Gladstone) at two booths, and that the registrar warned the accused that his votes, which had been recorded in the two booths, would not bo totalled in the election results. Accused pleaded not guilty, and was committed'for trial, bail being allowed-
