ON THE SEA.
GERMAN TRANSPORT MINED. Stockholm, Oct. 21. The German transport Hapsburg (10,000 tons) struck a mine while going from Riga to Danzig. A number of lifeboats capßized and 100 soldiers were drowned. Tie Hapsburg reached Reval badly,-damaged.—Aui. N.Z. Cable Assoc.
