THREE YEARS' NAVAL PROGRAMME. EXPENDITURE OF 000,000,000 DOLLARS. Received Oct. 23. 7.55 p.m. New York, Oct. 22. The Times' Washington correspondent says that Mr. Josephus Daniels (Naval Secretary), when explaining the United States' naval programme for the next three years, said it will authorise the expenditure of 600,000,000 dollars towards building building 156 vessels, including ten battleships and six battlc-cruisers.-Aus.
