AIRPLANE FOR BOMBING BERLIN. Washington, Oct 20. Major-General Kenly of the United states Military Aeronautics Brawih, says that the Handley-Page Company, manufacturer of aeroplanes, is perfecting an airplane to carry sufficient bombs to reach Berlin. The advance in Belgium shortens the distance to be covered.
