Cable Assoc. and Reuter. THE DEMOBILISING PROCESS. I MANUFACTURE OP SUPERPHOSPHATES. , _ Received Oct. 18, 7.30 p.m. I London, Oct. 17. Dr. Addison (Minister for Reconstruction), in a speech in London, said that demobilisation will be undertaken according to industrial requirements, and not by military units. Priority will be given to pivotal men and those with the greatest length of service and with large families. A scheme affording soldiers access to the land had already been worked out. The acid producing plants for high explosives will be utilised for the manufacture of superphosphates. A great scheme of afforestation is being prepared.—Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc.
