BOLSHVIK ATTACKS REPULSED.
RUSSO-AMERICAN ADVANCE. New York, Oct. 17. 'Press dispatches from Archangel say that the Allied forces repulsed heavy Bolshevik attacks on both banks of the Dvina, 150 miles north of Kotles. The Americans and Russians advunced 125 miles north-east of Vologda. Reinforced Bolshevik forces, striving to regain their lost positions, shelled the Allies continuously for an entire week. Aus.
