Per Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The barometric pressure has continued low in the south. Westerly winds, strong to gale, hare prevailed- Squally conditions have beeu experienced generally, with heavy showers, especially in all the western districts. I'rescnt indications are for westerly winds, strong to gale, changing to southerly soon. Expect unsettled and boisterous conditions, witli rain generally, and snow on the higher levels in the south. The barometer is unsteady, and rising everywhere soon.
