ENTHUSIASM OVER REINFORCEMENTS. Received Oct. M, 10 pm. Sydney, Oct. 16. The reception given to a big body of reinforcements was reminiscent of the enthusiasm of the early days of the war. A victory .spirit was abroad. There were great crowds, the cry "For Berlin!" mingling with the cheering. SATISFACTION OVER WILSON'S REPLY. Sydney, Oct. 1(1. President Wilson's reply to Germany has dispelled a good deal of doubt surrounding his 14 points, and has heartened everybody-—Aus.-N.Z Cable Assoc.
