THE VICTORY LOAN DISTURBANCE. PRESIDENT NOT AFFECTED. Received Oct. 0.4, 5.5 p.m. New York, Oct. 12. A man namedißoone Was detained on a charge of disorderly conduct in connection with the incident at the Victory Loan parade. The President waß unaffected 'by the disturbance and continued his march. Later, instead of reviewing the procession at the Altar of Liberty, President Wilson continued the march until the parade dispersed. Boone denied any. intention to harm President Wilson, and said he merely wanted to shako hands. The revolver J was fully loaded. —Aus. N.Z. Cable Association.
