DEPENDENTS' DAY RALLY. ■ Receives Oct. 11, 10.35 p.m. Sydney, Oct. 11. Dependents' Day rally was quiet compared with the recent patriotic carnivals. There were the usual processions, stalls, and collecting devices. The fund was started for the day with £26,000. THE I.W.W. INQUIRY. The I.W.W. inquiry continues. Medical evidence went to show that McAlis ter died from natural causes, refuting the suggestion of foul play.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assoc.
