INFLUENZA EPIDEMIC INCREASING. Received Oct. 10, 7.30 p.m. Capetown, Oct. 9. There are no signs of abatement of the influenza epidemic except on the Rand. In Capetown the violence is 'increasing, there being 150 burials yesterday. lie disease is spreading rapidly in the country districts.—Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc.
