For Australia, South Affrlca, India, China, Japan, Straits Settlements and Egypt (per s.s Atua, from Auckland), at 6.15 a.m. THURSDAY, OCTOBER 10. For Expeditionary Forces, at 6.15 a.m. FRIDAY, OCTOBER 11.. For United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, United States of America, Central and South America, via Vancouver; also Honolulu, Japan, Fanning Island and Fiji (per s.s. Makura, from Auckland), at 6.15 a.m. Money orders close Wednesday, October 9, at 3 p.m.
