A Servian semiofficial report states that the news of risings by Servians, Croatians and Slovenes should be received with great reserve. It is feared the Aus-tro-Germans are inducing the police to excite peaceful inhabitants to furnish a pretext for confiscating their property, and imprison them in Auatro-Hungary.— Aus. and N.Z. According to Vienna reports King Ferdinand has and Prince Boris act 3 as regent.—-Reuter.
