Outlook beat Eastcouri over nin« furlongs in lmin SSIVJjSec. Almoner headed Kilmoon for a similar distance in 2min. Publican (the Epsom favorite) did five furlongs in Imm ")'/,see. Wolaroi did the best gallop of the morning, covering sevon furlongs in lmin 29 1 / ( se(\ Desert Gold, with a light-weight up, ?overed seven furlongs in lmin SOsec, the first si.v m lmin 17sec. Dick Meagher did six furlongs in lmin 21 spc; Bee, a mile in lmin 51 sec: Konnaquhair, the same, Lord Acre taking lmin 48 1 /, sec. DESERT GOLD PUTS UP A RECORD. Sydney, Sept 30.
