It completely overshadows all other issues at the present moment. 3. The Stay-at-Homes will decide this election. 4. Every elector possesses the priceless privilege "to vote." 5. The man or woman who fails the National Government fails his or her country as completely as the man who refuses to go over the parapet at the sound of the bugle. 7. With the limited time at our disposal the activity of the unit is essential to the organisation of those supporting the National Government. 8.
