High water at New Plymouth to-day at z. oi a.m. and 3.28 p.m.; to-morrow, at 4.Si a.ni, and 4.41) p.m. THE SUN. The aim rises to-day at 5.53 am. and set; at 6.7 p.m.; to-niorrow, rises at 5.52 a.m. ami sets at 6.8 p.m. EXPECTED ARRIVALS. Rarawa, from Onehunga, to-day. Karu, from Wellington, to-morrow. Corinna, from south, to-morrow. Aratapu, from Onehunga, early. TELEGRAPHIC SHIPPING. ARRIVED. Westport, Sept. 27.—Kittawa, 5.35 a.m., from New Plymouth (hound for Grejmouth). THE RARAWA. The Rarawa left Onehunga at 11.30 yesterday morning, and is expected here this morning. She will leave again at four o'clock this afternoon for Onehunga. THE KARU. The Karu Is to leave Wellington this morning with a full general cargo of transhipments for New Plymouth. She should reach here tomorrow. ARATAPU BAB-BOUND. News has been received that the barauentine Aratapu, which was notified to have sailed from Onehunga for New Plymouth and Wellington last Saturday, is bar-bound at Uie Mannkau eads. It was not considered likely, judging from the conditions here, that the vessel would be able to get away yesterday. THE BADEN POWELL. The Baden Towell completed the discharge of 170 tons of cargo, and took in some coal, but is awaiting the moderation of tho weather before sailing for Greymouth. THE CORINNA. The Corinna left Tlmaru for New Plymouth, via Nelson, on Thursday night. She is expected here some time to-morrow, with about 850 tons of general cargo.
