Wellington, Last Night, Present indications aro for strong southwesterlies, veering to north-westerlies everywhere shortly, the weather being changeable and squally, with rain following generally. The barometer has a rising tendency, but will be falling again everywhere shortly for a westerly storm area now apparently developing in tho Tasman Sea.
