A DISASTROUS EXPLOSION. Amsterdam, Sept. 22. There were 352 killed and many badly injured in an explosion at the Woellersdorf ammunition factory in Vienna.— Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc. THE DISPUTE OVER POLAND. London, Sept. 22. A semi-official Berlin telegram says that the negotiations between Germany and Austria-Hungary regarding Poland Ke fitill without result. Germany, as before, rejepts the so-called AustroPolisk solution.—Renter, | MUTINY OF AUSTRIAN'S. Copenhagen, Sept 22. An Austrian regiment at Koviio mutinied, refused to .march against the Franco-British front, and hoisted the red flag. Twp other regiments rejoined it.— Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc. LUDENDORFF'S FAILURE, Berne, Sept. 22. There are persistent reports that Mackensen will shortly replace Liulendorff and will attempt a new defensive plan.—Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc. PROVISIONS LOOTED. Amsterdam, Sept. 22. Food rioters and strikers at Salzburg plundered the army commissariat, leading hotels and provision shops, destroying much property, and smashed the doors of the Government palace. Gendarmes inside fired and killed several. Government and municipal employees joined the strikers. The Government, was powerless or unwilling to restore order. —United Service.
