The New York Times' Copenhagen correspondent reports that friendly relations between Norway and Finland are endangered, because Finland wants to seice part of northern Norway, south of Vaftßger Fiord. A message to the New York World from London says it is reported that the ex-Ctarina and her three daughters, together with two t'.rand Duchesses, were buffied to death by the local Soviet near Ekaterinburg. The Central Soviet ordered the local Soviet to shoot the Czar, but to hold the family. The women, however, were brutally murdered at the snm« time as the Czar was phot.
