SUPREME COURT.
WELLINGTON SESSIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. At the Supreme Court to-day, a case was commenced in which Baimatyne and Renter claimed from J. W Bell and Matthew Guthrie, trading as the AngloAmerican Music Store, £322 10s 3d, for gramophone records supplied. The dispute centred round a question of ■whether the records required copyright stamps and whether defendants agreed to take the records .without such stamps being affixed. After hearing considerable evidence, the case was adjourned,
