WEDDINGS.

QUTGLEY-SENTON. The marriage took place at St- Mary's Church yesterday morning of Miss Coro C. Benton, second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Benton, of New Plymouth, and 'Mr. Frank Martin Quigley, of Hastings, fourth son of the late Mr. W. J. Quigley and Mrs. Quigley, of.Gisborne. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. F. G. Ilarvie The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a gown of white crepo (le chine, hand-embroid-ered and trimmed with pearls. She wore a beautiful Hand-embroidered veil and a wreath of orange blossoms, and earned a bouquet of white azaleas and peach blossoms. She was atteniU'i by her sister, Miss Ehoda Benton, who wore a frock of shell pink crepe do chine and a black hat relieved with violets and maidenhair fern- The bridegroom wa3 attended by Mr. Eric L. Commin, of Hastings. Subsequently a reception was held at "Namoi," the residence of the bride's parents, and later Mr. and Mrs. Quigley left by motor for Wellington. SIMPSON-LEATHAM. The wedding took place yesterday aflernooon in St. Mary's Church of Miss Keith a Alice Leatluvm, youngest daughter of Dr. H. B. Leatham, and Mr. Trevor Cliilma.i Simpson, youngest son of Mrs. Simpson, New Plymouth, and the late Mr. Francis Simpson. The Rev. F. G. Harvie officiated, and Mr. Renaud presided at the organ- The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a (beautiful gown of eati do soie finishcV with silver lace and tissue; a tunic if georgette fell in four points, eaci pcrini being finished with a silver medallion, and a filver girdle was also wo-n. Her ved of silk net was fastened with orange blossom, and she carried ft ,*lieaf of lilies. The bridesmaid,' little Mi". Margaret Priohard, niece of the bride, wore white organdie muslin with double sjalloped skirt and black velvet sash, and a Juliet cap with pink posies, pud fhe carried a posy of pink flowers. The best man was Mr. Harold "\V, Kirkby. After the ceremony, a reception was held at the residence of Dr. Leatham, a large number of guests being present.
