REPULSIVE HYPOCRISY. KAISER'S SPEECH CRITICISED. New York, Sept. 14. The Evening Post says: The Kaiser's speech contrasts with his earlier boastful utterances. The Kaiser has become the world's most hated figure, tiie symbol of everything loathsome. He has the talent of inspiring disgust. His references to religion arc repulsive hypocrisy.
