6.M. COURT (From Our Travelling Reporter.) The usual monthly sitting of the S.M. Court was held on Friday afternoon, Mr- A. Crooke, S-M., presiding. There was no appearance of defendant in the judgment summons, E. S.Nutting v. Sergeant-Major Crompton, claim £5 6s. Defendant was ordered to pay the amount and costs (5s 6d) before September 16. in default six davs.
