The conference between representatives of the Coal Mine Owners' Asspoiation and the Miners' Federation concluded its deliberations this evening." The Miners' Federation delegates will visit the various districts and explain the findings. of the conference to the members of the unions, after which a ballot will be taken and the result be made known at the earliest possible date. , The terms of the proposed settlement will not be made public until after the ballot has been taken.
