In the latest casualty list there occurs, among the wounded .admitted to hospital, the name of Lieutenant G. HLiardet, who is the younger son of Mr. H. N. Liardet, of Wellington, whose elder son, Lieutenant L. M. Liardet. died of Wiounds received in the Sr ; battle over two years ago. *
In Wednesday's casualty list the name of L-Corp. W. Booker, Lowgarth, appeared as shaving died of wounds. This is as his mother has received advice that he was admitted to a hospital in England on August. 31st, .suffering from, a plight gunshot wound in the lefji.eye. ' ... ; ■ Mr'': J. Ridland, Westown, New Hymdtith, has received advice that his son, iSifleman W. Ridland, has been admitted to a hospital in France suffering from a wound in the right foot. i Mr R.
