Wallace, a soldier, who pleaded guilty to causing bodily harm to 'William Cherry b,y running into him with a motor-car, was ordered to pay ; Cherry £SO. ■ • "■ ! ' : "'•■'■■' • Charles JPLennan, charged'with the theft of £lB from one Crawford, was sentenced to two years* reformative detention. Richter, for the theft of a diamond ring, was wrrtenced to 18 months' reformative detention.
