For Australia, South Africa, Egypt, Expeditionary Forces in Egypt, Ceylon, India, China, Japan, and Straits Settlements (per s.s. ltlverina, from Wellington); also Pago Pago, Samoa and Honolulu, at 6.15 a.m. TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 10.
