London, Sept. 10. arising out of the dispute regarding the employment of non-unionists the gas employees in south-west London have struck, forcing a number of gas-power factories to close. That preference involves the protection of the Empire and sot of specially favored industries. Sorely the security of the Empire transcends any fiscal creed or policy.
