Received Sept. 9, 11J40 p.m. Paris, Sept. 9There were flevout celebrations to-day on the occasion of the fourth anniversary of the Marne, including a pilgrimage to Means, where wreaths were laid on the graves of French, British, and American dead. French liberation from the recent danger was simultaneously celebrated—Aii3--N.Z. Cable Assoc.
