IN THE AIR.
AVIATION REPORTS. London, Aug. 31. The aviation report states: We destroyed 12 and drove down 5 enemy aeroplanes. Five British are missing. We dropped loj tons of bombs on the Bruges docks and the Zeebrugge mole and a number of selected targets in the battle zone. The Air Ministry reports: At Boulay another aerodrome was attacked with good results. The Boulay aerodrome was set on fire. —Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc. Constantinople, Sept, 1. Reports state that 250 houses were .burnt as the result of the air raid on on August 28.—Reuter. Received Sept. 2, 11.50 p.m. London, Sept. S. Sir Douglas Haig's aviation report states: We destroyed six hostile machines and drove down three uncontrollable Seven British are missing. Our aeroplanes droppeii 12J tons of bombs in the daytime.
