FOR FARM ENGINES.
"Novo-ko" increases running time 78 per cent. Farmers using petrol find running particularly heavy since the shipping shortage has forfied the price of fuel to its present level. "Novoko" is solving this problem for many progressive farmers bv effecting a wonderful saving in consumption, whether petrol or other fuel is used. Under ordinary conditions where kerosene or benzine is fired in an engine Combustion is not complete and the unburnt carbon is thus deposited on the piston. "Novo-ko" mixed with the fuel produces complete combustion, reducing the deposit of carbon, thus - producing greater power and a better running engine. A test made at Bett & Bayly's Motor Oarage, Palmerston North showed wonderful results. The plant used was a a h.p. stationary benzine engine, coupled to a - 2") to 40 dynamo connected lip to a lighting set. The engine was allowed to run till stopping, on half pint of Kalif motor spirit. It was again started under similar conditions with the exception tht "Novo-ko" added to the spirit, gave an increase of just.over 78 per cent in running time with the same fuel. "Novo-ko" will not harm the engine, will not clog or stick, nd contains no grittiness. It is now being produced in a clarified form and does not cause a deposit in the carbnrettor.
