INSURANCE ON SOLDIERS. FURTHER LOAN TO BRITAIN, , Received Aug. 31, 5.5 p.m. New York, Aug. 30. Mr. W. G. McAdoo (Secretary of the Treasury) has announced that more than thirty billion dollars of Government insurance has been issued on American soldiers.
