TURKISH OUTRAGES. CHRISTIAN REFUGEES MASSACRED. Received September 1, 6 5 p.m. New York, August 31. Cables from the United States Minister in Persia state that 40,000 Christian refugees from Urumia have arrived atJQfi.maden, Persia. Fifteen thousand have been massacred by the Turks, or died of disease and starvation en route.—Press Assoc.
