P. Russell and j< - £'. Corkill, arbitrators, forwarded their award in the matter of renewal of lease of E.R., part section IC2, Hua and Waiwakaiho districts, IG3 acres (H. Olsen, lessee). — Received. One application for further remission of rent, three applications for postponements of rent, and ten applications by soldiers for advances were considered and recommendations made in accordance with the eircupistances in each ease. It was decided to forfeit sections 7, 8, and 0, Puniwhakau Village, owing to the non-payment of rent. .
