A'DD SCHOOL COMPETITIONS (w Following are the results of the preliminary tests in the recitation classes, the judges for which were the Rev. W. A. Sinclair and Mr- F. W. G. M'Leod. The preliminary tests in the reading classes will be taken this morning. The programme, for to-night's contest, which takes place in the Good Templar Hall, commencing at 7 o'clock, will include recitations from 9 to 11 years and 11 to 13; readings, 9 to 11 and 11 to 13: vnyil solos, over 13; humorous recitations, over 13; and vocal duets, over 13 To-morrow night there will bo rotations by ocmpetitors over 13: humorous recitations. 9 to 11 and 11 to 13: vocal solos, 9 to 11 and 11 to 13; and duo solos.
