The Hague reports the finding of the Dutch Shipping Council's inquiry into the sinking of the Koningin Regentes was that the loss was caused by a torpedo. The Dutch Government asks Germany to reopen a thorough inquiry, seeing that Germany does not recognise the immunity of hospital ships. Britain has assured Holland that no British torpedo was fired in the vicinity.—Reuter.
