By Telegraph.—-Press Association.' Wellington, August 33. The Hospital and Gharita'bic Aid Board expressed profound disapproval of the action of the Hawera Board in connection with the repudiation of liability for a certain child which, with its mother, became a burden on this district after leaving Hawera- Mcmibers said it was intolerable for one board to foist its liabiiitios on another. The Hawera Board should be made to pay.

A motion was carried to refer the matter to the Minister,
