STRATFORD RACING CLUB. At the annual meeting of the Stratford Racing Club on Monday evening, Mr. YV. J. Mortison, president, presided over an attendance of 80 members. The report and balance-sheet (as published) was adopted. It was decided to grant .£SO to the Red Cross Fund. Mr. AV. J. Morrison was re-elected president and Mr. A. Stewart vice-president, and the following were appointed to the committee:—Messrs H. K. Abraham, ■>. R. L. Stanford. J. S. Lyons, IT. \[. (jood, D„ J. Malone. S. Pitt, anil V. Smith. The chairman said that since last meeting one of their members, Mr. Robert Spence, ha il ''gone west." He moved a vote of condolence to Mr. Spence's family. The motion was carried in silence.
