UNEASINESS IN AUSTRIA. Amsterdam, August 10. Britain's recognition of the Czechoslovaks is causing uneasiness in Austria, which has officially repudiated-the declaration, stating that it is unauthorised by the peopleß concerned.'
UNITY OP COMMAND. Berne, August 10. At the recent meeting of the Austrian and German Emperors, it was decided that the Austro-German armies should be placed under one command, which would be German.
The Emperors also invited Turkey and Bulgaria to adhere to the arrangement for unity of command.
