AUCKLAND SESSIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night,. At the Supreme Court, Herbert Henry Goonan, a young man, found guilty last week of assault on a Maori girl in the jM'aungaturoto district, was admitted to probation for three years, and ordered to take out a prohibition order to cover the -whole period. He was also ordered to pay the costs of the prosecution, and as these amounted to nearly £SO, he was allowed three years to find the money. Two young Dalmatians, Visoo Matich and Tony Unkovich, were sentenced to four months' imprisonment for assaulting two young women in a river- nearßaigaville,/
